UIA Expert Javier Leiva reveals how the Breda project addresses the first implementation challenges: “One of the key aspects being addressed is the participative approach of the stakeholders, and especially of participants. An active participation of both event organizers and EV users, with their wide diversity, is essential to put into practice this innovative solution and validate it.”
