Implementing the VILAWATT project in Viladecans: the use of gamification to communicate on complex energy projects

This 2nd Journal outlines the project’s progress during the last semester and reflects upon the main challenges faced and analyse how they have been dealt with.

This Journal draws some lessons from the project implementation and notably address the usefulness of gamification in communicating those project aspects that are less tangible in nature, the need to allow extra time to the preparatory phase to reconcile information from multiple sources and the importance of a well-structured Project Management Office.
