We will smell the local specialties again!
The conference will take place in Maribor on 9th of September 2021, and will be attended by representatives of various ministries, who will present strategic documents that will guide Slovenia's green development until 2027. Applications for the conference are open to all stakeholders also involved in circular economy projects until 8th of September and are taking place online at: https://bit.ly/3svNfzX.
Since the Urban soil 4 food project has always been focused on the need for local self-sufficiency and encouraged local food production, we will prepare a two-day Local Street food festival on the Maribox terrace, where traditional Styrian dishes will be presented on Thursday and Friday by local providers. Local Street food festival is intended for everyone who want to enjoy selected cuisine and dishes prepared exclusively from local ingredients. We believe that, similar to last year on Cafova Street, it will attract many fans of local specialties.
