Fourth eddition of BC LABS is already on going
The BC LABS of the MILMA Project are in the last edition, but the innovation continues in the training. With the COVID-19 crisis we have changed, and the market too, and our LABS have been adapted to this change.
In this edition, we have included a Costumer Attention LAB and an E-commerce Technician LAB, as people stay more time at home and have changed their buying habits. Furthermore, we continue with the Logistics and Storage Technician, Hospital orderly, Light Flooring Installation, Urban and Industrial Waste Management and Gardening Assistant LABs.
To execute the LABS in the best way, there are online and face-to-face trainings. In the case of Urban and Industrial Waste Management and E-commerce Technician, the training is online, because it is possible to learn all the subjects in an online space. However, in the rest of the trainings, it is not possible to get the capabilities and the abilities to learn the profession in an online context, so the training takes place on-site. For instance, it is so difficult to learn how to install a floor or when you have to water the garden through a screen.
All the LABS, except Gardening Assistant, have been developing in the refurbished building Los Arcos. It is so great to see the building full of life, from morning to afternoon.
The LABS have started during February and we hope to finish all of them by June. This edition is being so special for us, on the one hand, because we have the experience and the knowledge of the past editions to help the participants, and on the other hand, because we know that it is our last edition… At the moment!!
