Passport4Work launches employer prototype at HR Live
Passport4Work reached a major milestone in its project, by recently finishing the first prototype of the employer interface of the tool. The employer interface is a critical component of the Passport4Work app, alongside the job seeker interface which was launched after several rounds of testing in December last year.
After a long period of testing and finetuning with psychometric experts from Erasmus and Leiden University, the first prototype was ready for a public reveal. HR Live, the largest HR conference in The Netherlands, was the perfect setting for this, with over 700 cross-industry HR representatives present at its first post-lockdown conference. At the event, Passport4Work organized 2 workshops, in which the rationale behind the project (mismatch on the labour market), as well as the prototype itself were presented. A recently published white paper on the project was also distributed among the participants (an English version of the white paper will be shared in the upcoming web article of P4W, so stay tuned!). In the next few weeks, the employer prototype will undergo focus group sessions at a large corporation in the Eindhoven region and among HR university students. The results of these focus group sessions will be presented in the upcoming journal.
In an upcoming Zoom-in video report (coming later this year), a summary of the two workshops, and interviews with key project stakeholders (talking about the relevance and practicality of Passport4Work) will be shared.
