In this Journal, UIA Expert Kostantina Karydi explores the achievements of the first year of the Sevilla CartujaQanat project across eight selected governance challenges, and shows how such programme brings together the three key areas of Climate change, Social Innovation and Public Space revitalisation, by offering an ambitious and particularly relevant practice for the European South and the entire Mediterranean.
