In addition to the seminars, the Permanent Secretariat will also organise online sessions with applicants – two collective Q&A sessions, on 22 October (14:30 – 16:00 CET) and on 12 November (14:30 – 16:00 CET), as well as several one-to-one individual consultation sessions in November and December.

Their main focus will be as follows:

  • Collective Q&A sessions – these are intended for all parties interested in the UIA initiative, who would like to discuss questions regarding the preparation and submission of proposals (eligibility, intervention logic, technical assistance, budget, etc.). For the session on 22.10 you can register here  (deadline 17.10) and for the session on 12.11 – here  (deadline 06.11). Please note that you registration will be confirmed only after the respective deadline, when you will receive a link to the WebEx platform. In addition, please install the WebEx PlugIn well in advance before the start of the event in order to join the sessions on time.
  • One-to-one individual consultation sessions – these will be open to project promoters having already an advanced project concept/application and in need of specific technical advice from UIA officers a few weeks before the Call deadline. Please note that the Permanent Secretariat is not able to provide feedback on the innovative dimension of the projects. Registrations will open around mid-November – please check regularly the UIA website for more details.

We hope that our support actions will enable applicants and interested organisations to receive all the information they need to prepare their proposal. Please be reminded that in case you do not have availability for the above events, the Permanent Secretariat remains fully available for questions – feel free to contact us at
